On top of this you are able to connect your own email server via SMTP to send and receive emails directly from your own address. Honeybook only offers this with gmail.

5. Client Portals Optional

I love that I can enable or disable the use of client portals for specific jobs and or services. I can also customize each of my clients portals in Dubsado!

6. Smart Fields & Custom Mapping

All platforms have smart fields but Dubsado’s seem to be just a little smarter due to their custom mapping option. Not only will you have all your clients information handy with smart fields but you’ll also be able to make custom maps such as.

I cannot emphasize this point enough. The customer service, responsiveness and generosity of the company blows me away every time I’ve ever needed help. From their white glove migration service THATS FREE, to their willingness to convert your contract PDF’s for you, Dubsado has some of the best customer service I’ve seen.
